Pour participer à nos excursions et week-ends, le PORT du MASQUE est OBLIGATOIRE (non-fourni par WeDiscover). Toute personne non-munie d'un masque se verra refuser la montée dans l'autocar (aucun report de participation, avoir ou remboursement ne sera accordé). Toute personne qui consciemment ou par négligence exposerait les autres participants à un risque de contamination durant les trajets ou les visites sera immédiatement exclue du voyage. Le fautif devra rentrer à Paris par ses propres moyens, à ses propres frais.

Les transporteurs garantissent un NETTOYAGE RENFORCÉ de l'autocar AVANT et APRES chaque voyage.
Dans une optique de limitation de propagation du covid-19 en général et pour faciliter le nettoyage renforcé régulier de l'autocar effectué avant et après votre voyage, pour votre sécurité sanitaire mais aussi celle des futurs participants, il est INTERDIT de laisser des DETRITUS dans l'autocar. Avant chaque descente, des vérifications seront opérées et des sanctions pécunières seront immédiatement appliquées aux fautifs irrespecteux (allant de 100€ à 150€ selon les compagnies d'autocar).

Il est recommandé à chaque participant d'emmener du GEL HYDROALCOOLIQUE pour une désinfection régulière de vos mains. (Une quantité d'urgence sera mis à disposition, à nos frais, à chaque voyage.)

Comme dans tous les autres moyens de transports grand publics (trains, avions, trams, bus,...) une DISTANCIATION SOCIALE sera mise en oeuvre.
- Les personnes voyageant seules auront un siège libre à leur droite ou leur gauche (billets 🔵 VOYAGEUR SOLO 🔵)
- Les personnes voyageant à 2 (couples, famille, amis proches...) seront placés côte à côte (si vous sélectionnez le tarif 🔴🔴 VOYAGEURS DUO 🔴🔴). Par contre la rangée devant et derrière seront occupées par des voyageurs seuls.
Nous comptons sur votre compréhension et coopération immédiate et rapide, afin que l'ensemble des participants puisse s'installer rapidement et permettre les départs d'autocar aux horaires prévus. Toute gêne occasionnant des retards de départ d'autocar impliquera une diminution de temps de visite (ou s'il s'agit du dernier trajet du jour : un retard d'arrivée à Paris).

Merci de noter que cette distanciation sociale implique une réduction du nombre de participants pouvant participer à un même voyage et occasionne par conséquent une augmentation du tarif par personne. Chaque siège non-occupé d'une excursion d'une journée coûte minimum 30€. A l'heure actuelle, l'augmentation tarifaire (détaillée ci-dessous) est de l'ordre de 5€ à 10€ par personne (par rapport à nos tarifs appliqués depuis plus de 3 ans). Les 20€ à 25€ restants par place inoccupée sont à la charge partagée entre le transporteur et WeDiscover, mais il est fort probable que ces nouveaux tarifs (trop bas) soient intenables sur le long terme, donc une future augmentation dans un futur proche pourrait avoir lieu pour pouvoir assurer la continuité du concept WeDiscover : voyages à petits prix accessibles au plus grand nombre pour démocratiser les découvertes, favoriser la création de nouvelles amitiés, l'interculturalité, la compréhension et la tolérance en général.

To participate in our excursions and weekends, WEARING a MASK is MANDATORY (masks are not supplied by WeDiscover). Anyone not wearing a mask will be refused boarding the coach (no postponement of participation, credit or refund will be granted). Anyone who consciously or by careless negligence exposes other participants to a risk of contamination during the bus transfers or visits will be immediately excluded from the trip. The offender will have to return to Paris on his own, at his own expense.

Carriers guarantee ENHANCED CLEANING of the coach BEFORE and AFTER each trip.
In order to limit the spread of covid-19 in general and to facilitate the regular reinforced cleaning of the coach carried out before and after your trip, for your health safety but also that of future participants, it is FORBIDDEN to leave GARBAGE in the coach. Before each descent, verifications will be made and financial penalties will be immediately applied to disrespectful offenders (ranging from € 100 to € 150 depending on the bus company).

It is recommended that each participant bring HYDROALCOHOLIC GEL for regular disinfection of your hands. (An emergency quantity will be made available, at our expense, for each trip.)

As in all other means of general public transport (trains, planes, trams, buses, ...) a SOCIAL DISTANCIATION will be implemented.
- People traveling alone will have a inoccupied seat to their right or left (🔵 SOLO TRAVELER 🔵 tickets).
- People traveling in pairs (couples, family, close friends ...) will be placed side by side (if you select the 🔴🔴 DUO TRAVELERS 🔴🔴 rate). However, front and back rows of duo-traveler seats will be occupied by single travelers.
We count on your understanding and immediate and rapid cooperation, so that all participants can settle in quickly and allow coach departures at the scheduled times. Any seating inconvenience causing delays in the departure of the coach will imply a reduction in visiting times (or if it is the last journey of the day: a delay in arrival in Paris).

Please note that this social distancing implies a reduction in the number of participants who can participate in the same trip and therefore causes an increase in the price per person. Each seat not occupied on a day trip costs at minimum € 30. Currently, the rate increase (detailed below) range from € 5 to € 10 per person (compared to our rates previously applied the last years). The remaining 20 € to 25 € cost per unoccupied seat will be shared between the carrier and WeDiscover, but it is very likely that these new prices (too low) are untenable in the long term, so a future increase in the near future could take place in order to ensure the continuity of the WeDiscover concept: low-cost trips accessible to as many people as possible to democratize discoveries, promote the creation of new friendships, interculturality, understanding and tolerance in general.
